About Us

Our professional team of counsellors and psychotherapists are trained to work closely with you to enable and empower you to explore all experiences, thoughts, beliefs, feelings and behaviours that are affecting your life. Our team is comprised of experienced therapists who are all members of one of the Irish counselling and psychotherapy governing bodies, meaning you and your counselling are safeguarded and protected by ethical and legal frameworks. Our therapists have many years of experience working with people in a variety of settings. Therapists are ready to provide support and guidance to you with a range of issues including, but not limited to, mental health, addiction-based therapy as an adjunct to other support, grief and loss, suicidal feelings or thoughts, self-harm, anger, abuse, relationship issues and trauma.

All our therapists have been comprehensively trained in different approaches to therapy including humanistic/person-centred therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and more.

In clinical practice the therapist will take what is known as an integrative approach to working with you, meaning that they will draw on varying therapeutic approaches depending on your changing needs. This approach means the counselling intervention is adapted to your individual needs.
